There are a few entries that I have been meaning to write for a while, so here they are! Today is the first day I have had any time since being back in India, so here are some moments from the last couple of weeks!
We had been warned that pests were probably going to be a problem for us while living here, and we have had a steady stream of ants in the house since moving here. Mosquitoes and cockroaches are also likely to appear at some point, but imagine our surprise when we found this little fella climbing our kitchen wall! I never expected to hear myself saying ‘right, how do we catch a gecko?’. Surprisingly, he was pretty easy to catch using a large glass bowl! Hopefully, he is now living happily in our garden instead! And, as I am writing this a small black kitten just tried to walk into our house!

ReplyDeleteI remember the geckos outside, but I don't remember them being inside? We found another one yesterday, it was quite distracting during a teleconference as it ran across the wall!
ReplyDeleteHad an interesting house guest today - A parrot flew into our house apparently. Gilbert had to use his parrot catching skills to remove it from the premises... a man of many talents!
